Free website previews and audits are provided with no obligation to buy. Preview designs remain the property of IAM Graphics LLC until a project is purchased; any third-party stock images in a preview are for demonstration only.

Projects & payment

Paid projects are governed by a written proposal/invoice. Unless the proposal says otherwise, a 50% deposit is due to start and the balance is due at launch; monthly care plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Prices on this site are starting prices and may change. Ad spend, printing, installation and third-party fees are separate. legal review

Credit & funding education

Any credit or funding content is educational only, carries no guarantee of results, and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Paid credit services, if ever offered, will be provided only under a separate written contract with a 3-business-day right to cancel, and no fees will be collected before services are fully performed.

Intellectual property

The IAM Graphics name, logo and site design belong to IAM Graphics LLC. Client work belongs to the client after full payment, as described in the project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
